We asked fashion professionals during the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week New York for their current personal, favorite accessory.

Under the people questioned were:

Mary Lou Luther: She is a fashion writer and correspondant for over 50 years. She wrote books with Issey Miyake and received the Chevalier of the Order of Arts and Letter presented by the Ministry of Couture for her contributions to the arts.

Kate Schelter is owner and founder of New York-based Kate Schelter LLC. As a creative director and fashion stylist, she has styled campaigns for Lulu Frost, Hollywould, Wren, as well as celebrities such as the Olsen twins, Kim Gordon of Sonic Youth, and Margherita Missoni.

Candice Lake is a fashion photographer, Hasan Foster is a designer at Polo Ralph Lauren, Andrew Bevan is editor at teenvogue.com. Watch our video!
